Vienna International Music Apprenticeship KG, (VIMA) with its Headquarters Vienna Austria Thaliastrasse 136 PF 14, 1165 Vienna, Austria, is registered under the Commericial Court of Vienna under 551047p providing music programs for students Live and Online under the “PLATFORM” vima-vienna.com.

 

1.The Terms and Conditions apply to all members of VIMA who become known as the USER of this Platform and who has received valid written confirmation of  membership by vima- vienna.com.

 

2.The Vienna International Music Apprenticeship reserves the right to add or change any  further information without needing to give a reason.   

 

3.By using our Website vima- vienna .com, you signify your acceptance of   these Terms and Conditions of which we provide you access to.

Please read carefully and should you not agree to these terms then the VIMA Website may not be used by the User.

 

4. The Content of our VIMA Website is protected by Copyright.

This includes texts, photographs, videos, logos names, sound, graphics, and any other material related to VIMA. All  Content is controlled and used by VIMA only.

 

5 Through signing up for VIMA programs, you are committing to the Terms and Conditions stated on the yearly  Contract.

 

6.Access to our VIMA website is free of charge, providing information about our music organization. If you do not agree with our Terms and Conditions then you are not permited to use our Website.

 We reserve the right to not be held in any way responsible for any claims, fraud, including  other proceedings created by a third party.

 

 

 

7.VIMA is very committed to creating an open, friendly respectful and comfortable environment for young students to express themselves and become their very best as a musician. In order to secure a protected and enriching environment, it is necessary for all VIMA members including staff and the community to abide by this code of conduct.

 

8.VIMA will not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment verbal and physical at any in -person or virtual lessons, workshops , public concerts, and any other VIMA related meetings and Events.

 

9.All members must comply with the instructions given by the management at concerts halls and events.

 

10.Backstage/ Dressing rooms will be left in the best condition as it was when you arrived.

     

11.The information and protection of the Users data can be found under Privacy Policy
